5 Mantras to Relieve Anxiety Instantly---Plus One Bonus Mantra

Do you ever worry?  Do you ever feel anxious?  Do you love parties?  Or do you hate them?

I am no longer a young person.  I have suffered from depression and anxiety my whole life. I dislike parties because of the anxiety I feel.  Who will I talk to?  Who will I sit with?  What will I say?

Last August I read Jen Sincero's Book, YOU ARE A BADASS.  One of the things the book inspired me to do was to begin meditating. Lately, I have experienced feelings of joy like I have never experienced before.  I have received guidance from God? The Universe?  Myself? Like I have never experienced before. I give meditation the credit.

In this Blog I am going to share with you my own personal Mantras that I now use to relieve my anxiety and bring joy into my day on a regular basis.

As I have said all ready, I am no longer a young girl and I have had MANY times of stress in my life.  I was raised a catholic and one of my first "Mantras" that I ever used and one that continues to bring me peace on sleepless nights is THE OUR FATHER.

MANTRA NUMBER 1: THE OUR FATHER

Our Father, Who art in Heaven, Hallowed be thy name.

Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done. On Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.

Lead us not into temptation and deliver us from evil. 

Amen

MANTRA NUMBER 2: MIRACLE MESSAGE #89 (FROM THE BOOK MIRACLES NOW BY GABBY BERNSTEIN.

MANTRA NUMBER 3: ESPECIALLY GOOD FOR FEAR OF NEW CHANGES AND THINGS. COMES FROM Denise Duffield-Thomas  aka The Lucky Bitch.

MANTRA NUMBER 4: SAT NAM

The mantra: Sat Nam
Pronunciation: Saaaaaaaat* | Nam ||
*Sat is extended eight times longer than Nam. If you really want the mantra to radiate from the base of your spine to the center of your head, make the Sat 35 times longer than the Nam.
Translation:
Truth is my name.

Used in the Kundalini Yoga practice, Sat Nam can be a way to find your intuition.

MANTRA NUMBER 5: I pray for you to have a blessed and glorious day.

I can't remember what Miracle Message I took this little prayer from but this mantra has truly brought joy into my life!  I simply say this to myself as I pass by people...walking or driving, at work, in the grocery store every where I go, all day every day.

BONUS MANTRA : OM= AUM (KNOWN AROUND THE WORLD)

The sound of the universe…the first sound.  It is said to be the sound of the Big Bang. The start of the universe.

The Ego Eradicator Kundalini Yoga Meditation helps you to gain momentum and makes you feel amazing!!! It is great to do before anything important like a job interview or hot date!

I had NEVER heard of this until just the other day.  I want to know what it is all about.

The goal is to speak from your place of truth and not from your ego. This meditation is to accomplish that! 

 Yogi Bhajan describes Kundalini Yoga as the science of happiness. Happiness is a science?  I need to learn this science!

In all honesty I find this particular meditation very difficult.  The breath of fire is hard for me.I want to do it backwards..when I inhale I want to pull in my stomach but it correct to do just the opposite.

    A common mistake at this level is known as paradoxical breathing where people learn to breathe in reverse, having their belly expand with each exhale and contract with each inhale. People who smoke or are anxious tend to have this pattern, but it can be easily changed with awareness.
      I used to smoke...maybe that is my issue with the breathing....?

    Is anyone else out there on a path of meditation?  I was put on the path by reading Jen Sincero's Bad Ass book and I have not looked back! 

    The meditations that are really making me feel absolute joy lately I have been sent from Gabby Bernstein and I really do mean joy.  It may be the first time in my life that I have really experienced joy?? I have been using one of her suggestions ALL THE TIME NOW.  I silently wish people....lovely, joyful days as they cross my path, all day long I make little prayers or wishes for people as I pass them, either walking or driving...I have no idea if or how it effects them but it really puts me in a state of joy and love.

    This next video really helps me get the breathing...not Breath of Fire....as Breath of Fire is really quick.

    Right now this particular form of Kundalini is a bit to difficult for me I am going to stick to the easier forms...at least for now anyway.

    I am now meditating when I awake in the morning to start my day.  Then again before I go to bed.  IT HAS CHANGED MY LIFE!  I am really doing things differently now instead of repeating the same negative patterns over and over.  I am willing to see new perspectives and hear new information.

     

    Another way to add peace to your life is to be more organized!
